Hillary Clinton : Leader’s Personality Traits

The American politics is tightly connected with Hillary Clinton’s name. Throughout her brilliant political career, she displayed strong leadership skills and became an essential public figure. People cherish her beautiful mind and competence. Since her husband Bill Clinton’s presidency, Hillary Clinton’s image is associated with a prudent cold lady. This helped her to become one of the most influential female politicians of the White House. Her career is a lasting history of political success.

Throughout Hillary Clinton’s attempts of presidential runs and assistance in her husband’s campaigns, the politic developed her unique approach for politics – prudent, rational and open for effectively solving different kinds of problems and preventing them in the future (Clinton, 2014). One of Mrs. Clinton’s most noteworthy personal characteristics is her level of ambitiousness in commotion with an immense sense of duty and responsibility as a political figure before every US’ citizen. Surely enough, Clinton positions herself as an unprejudiced and self-confident person in public, and in a contrast comparison with her Republican opponent Donald Trump Hillary’s character seems notably calmer and a lot less asking for attention (Yates & Okimoto, 2018). Even though Hillary Clinton undoubtedly has a range of a natural leader’s traits, many of her speeches could be considered lifeless and devoid of emotions and colors, which is very important in achieving audience’s sympathy and votes.

To conclude everything written above, Hillary Clinton was building her promising career in politics within years of practicing political campaigns and concentrating on implementing different reforms in the lives of US’ population, and so far achieved great results. Even though her approach has its minor disadvantages, Clinton’s personal leader’s traits could doubtlessly lead The United States to even more success and to prosper in politics just as well as other candidates for the president’s title.
