How can I contribute to a US Army Fitness Team?

Teamwork is the most important lesson you learn from the military

US Army is considered one of the most powerful weapons, a mechanism that requires serious focus, collaboration, responsibilities, and a set of unique qualities and characteristics. Teamwork is “the most important lesson you learn from the military” (taskandpurpose.com). US Army Fitness Team means hard-work and dedication, responsibilities and duties, energy and stamina. I consider that participation in US Army Fitness Team is a unique opportunity to positively contribute to the country and the development of our nation. I realize that US Army Fitness Team is not about great leadership or great talents; it is all about collaboration, courage, strength, unity, and emotional balance. All individuals who dream about participation in US Army Fitness Team should realize their end goals and mission of being a part of a team. I know that there are many challenges along this journey but I am ready to overcome all the difficulties and pitfalls along my path and positively contribute to US Army Fitness Team. My valuable traits, personal characteristics, and qualities include courage and confidence, trust and honesty, respect and enthusiasm, and a lot of stamina. Challenges along my life path have always motivated and empowered me to work harder, learn and grow from experiences, make conclusions about errors and situations. I’ve always had a great desire to help and support others showing commitment and positive intentions. Life situations, teamwork experience, and interactions with different people helped me to develop a unique ability to reduce conflicts and disagreements within a team. Putting the well-being of others and welfare of the country ahead of personal “I” has always been a strong quality of mine. So should I be given a chance to become a part of US Army Fitness Team, I will make a positive impact on a team’s spirit showing the values like loyalty and duty, collaboration and support, trust and respect, courage and selfless service.
