These firms are very expensive as they charge 10–20 percent of the first year salary. However, these firms provide accurate information on job position and candidates’ qualifications. Many websites provide much information on job positions, including IT Manager position. This recruitment method is based on the use of  résumés which give the key details about the candidate’s qualifications. It is a low cost method of recruitment.  Social media platforms are used as effective recruitment tools to attract both candidates and employers. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and MySpace are very popular platforms some of which allow free job postings. Professional networking events help to attract many people who are interested in professional development and growth. These events provide access to the specific target market of candidates. Job fairs are launched by some organizations, like Choice Career Fairs, National Career Fairs, to allow employers meeting the qualified candidates for the vacant positions.
