Reference Letter For A Friend

I am writing to you regarding (friend’s name). I have known (friend’s name) personally for a long time, and believe that his skills and achievements make him an excellent candidate for this position in your organization.

One wise person said: “The strongest people aren’t always the ones that win but the ones who don’t give up when they lose”. These lines characterize my friend’s personality. Sometimes life was hard to him but he never gave up on education. To him, challenges always mean motivation and a chance to compete with others for better position in society. In the past, he had a lot of leadership experience and took an active part in community service projects. By the way, he had some volunteer experience in different organizations, which gave him an opportunity to socialize with different people from different backgrounds, and as he says, “I had a chance to experience the real world and give something back to the community”. He also has some experience in studying and practicing time management that positively affected his organizational skills, emotional health, and productivity.

Throughout his life he has always strived to develop the qualities such as reliability, honesty, and trust. He enjoys travelling, being in foreign places, or in other words, he likes being on the move the whole time. His active lifestyle helps him discover something new and unique, enriches his personal knowledge and experience, improves his energy level, and finally, broadens his perspectives, talents, and abilities. He possesses an excellent communication and management skills, plenty of stamina, and an ability to work under pressure. When it comes to his personality traits and characteristics, he has a caring and outgoing personality, and he is able to put others first. He is enthusiastic and energetic, good at dealing with emergencies and making decision on his own. People say that he has a unique ability to reduce conflicts…

Employers often state that their workers are their most valuable asset. For my friend, it is not an empty statement. Should he be given a chance to become a part of your organization, I believe he will make an immediate positive impact on your work environment, business growth, and further company’s development.
