Foster care is very important because it provides children with parental care, when they lose their biological parents because of some reason. Foster care existed for a long time, when relatives often took the parental responsibility, when a child lost his/her parents. In addition, the qualitative research design contributes to the in-depth analysis of the effect of foster care on children that is of the paramount importance because the existing foster care is essential for the development of foster care. The development of foster care relies on the quality of care services delivered by foster parents to children. This is why the qualitative research is the most effective for the large scale assessment of foster care.

Thus, foster care is very important and the study conducted in this field reveals the importance of the government control over foster care because the government a considerable impact on foster care and delivery of services to children. The government sets standards and controls the delivery of foster care, while foster families should match those standards to ensure that children receive proper care and attention.
