Hence, they can work effectively and their effective performance contributes to the overall improvement of the organizational performance.

The Process Improvement Aim: The improvement of the quality of the recruitment process and the quality of human resources recruited by the company.

The Process Improvement Objectives (SMART):

The recruitment of professionals has to improve the performance of the organization within the first year from their employment by the organization. The improvement of the organizational performance by recruited professionals may be measured with the help of the evaluation of their productivity on the annual basis. They may spent some time for adaptation but within the first year, they should start increasing their productivity and contribute to the improvement of the organizational performance. The improvement of the employee and organizational performance is the a priori objective which the company expects from its employees. The improvement of the organizational performance is the realistic objective because the company expects the improvement of the organizational performance after recruitment of new professionals. The company traditionally gives employees some time, as a rule, a couple of months, but after that the company naturally expects the employee can do his/her best. A year is the sufficient time for the evaluation of the performance of the employee and evaluation of his/her contribution to the organizational performance. If the employee fails to improve his/her performance, the company does not need such employee.

The recruitment of professionals who can keep progressing and obtain career promotions in the company is another objective of the team work. Employees recruited by the company should be able to keep progressing that means that their performance and productivity improves. Professionals develop their skills and improve their performance. This is why they become prepared for the promotion because they can perform better at a higher position. In such a way, employees can bring benefits to the organization and gain their own success. The measurement of the promotion of employees can be completed through the evaluation of their career progress in the organization within five-seven years. The promotion meets interests of both managers and employees. This objective is realistic because any employee has an opportunity can obtain promotion and is willing to get promotion, while organizations are interested in employees, who are success-oriented.

The recruited staff can contribute to the organizational performance and training of the staff is an important objective to achieve for the team. The improvement of the organizational performance is important but the training of the staff is important and new employees should be able to train employees, who join the company. In addition, the company can perform well but recruited employees should learn to train employees that is one of the main objectives of the team work. The measurement of this objective can be performed through the measurement of the number of employees trained and other improvements that occurred to recruited employees. The achievement of this objective is realistic because employees, who have experience, can share their experience with other employees. The training of employees is the time-based objective since it can achieve positive outcomes and capable to train within several years of work for the company. This period is enough for employees to learn about the organization, where they work and they can share their knowledge and experience with others.

The Success Metrics (Measures)

The success metrics of the team work involves the measurement of the performance of employees recruited by the company since the beginning of the team work. To put it more precisely, the performance of employees should be measured through the evaluation of their productivity. The rise of the productivity is an important measurement indicator that helps to evaluate adequately the overall progress of new recruits. Furthermore, the measurement of the overall organizational performance through the measurement of sale rates, productivity, income, costs, benefits, debt and other measureable data. The measurement of the company’s performance is important to understand whether the improvement of the performance of recruited employees correlates with the improvement of the organizational performance or vice versa. For example, if the organizational performance improves, but the performance of recruited employees does not, then recruited employees under-perform. This means that recruited employees fail to perform successfully along with their company that means that they do not contribute to the organization. If the performance of the organization fails to improve, but recruited employees perform successfully, then there is a problem in their contribution to the organizational performance or the failure of the organization at large.
